Mezzanine Products

Mezzanine funding is true funding above the traditional first and second mortgage levels. We believe mezzanine funding occurs when the LVR exceeds 80 to 85% and moves upwards of 90 to 95% and ranks behind the first and/or second mortgage. Mezzanine funding will often require a high rate of return often reflecting interest rate return plus a risk return plus often a return that would simulate an equity return to the lender. Mezzanine funding is only available in limited circumstances and we suggest you contact our office to discuss this should you require it.
